  • This is the perfect weekend getaway retreat for beginners and all levels of art practice. You'll be able to dedicate time and space in this immersive journey for your creativity where you can discover new ideas, learn watercolour skills as a prelude to creative expressions, develop your skills and enjoy connecting to nature through arts.

  • Retreat Fees per person – SGD $1855

  • What is included for Retreat Attendee:

    • 3 excursions: Exclusive guided walk at Flower Market, Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens and Artisanal/Farmer's Visit.

    • 3 botanical watercolour painting workshops led by Lucinda Law

    • Flora workshop materials

    • Shared meals as described in the itinerary (2 lunches and 3 dinners)

    • Entrance fees and guided walk into Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens

    • Transfer from the airport to hotel

    • Transport from excursions to workshop venues

    • A wonderful small group of nature lovers and art enthusiasts travel companions

  • What is NOT included in the retreat fees

    • Transportation and flights to and from Chiang Mai

    • Transfer from hotel to the airport. Grab Car services is easily available to the airport. SGD$15-20 for 15 min car ride from the hotel to airport.

    • Hotel accommodations

    • Personal expenses

    • All expenses arising from your extension of stay pre- or post-retreat

    • An art material list will be sent to you or you can purchase from our store.

    • Additional meals and drinks outside of retreat offerings such as alcoholic beverages

    • Gratuities for local staff, restaurants, hotels, drivers and trip organisers if you wish

    • Passport and visa fees, if applicable

    • Mandatory travel insurance

  • Flights & Your Personal Transfer

    If you are coming from Singapore, book a direct flight to Chiang Mai via Scoot.

    Stay

    We will send you the name of the hotel to book. We do not earn any affiliated fees or commissions from your hotel bookings. If you wish to stay at a hotel of your own choice, you will be responsible for making travel arrangement to meet us at pick up point to depart for the excursions.

    Transfer

    Transfer from the airport to your hotel is available on Day 1. Transfers for daily excursions are included. For after dinner and other times, You’ll pay for your own Grab cars which are easily available and accessible within the town and to the airport. It takes about 15 mins from the airport to the old town.

    Valid Passport, Travel Insurance and Visa

    Please email a copy of your passport and travel insurance to us once you’ve confirmed your booking at the retreat.

  • Booking Process

    1. Check your flight availability.

    2. Email us to receive the Guest’s Contractual Agreement & Guest’s Registration Form. Read and email us the signed copy of the agreement and completed form.

    3. Secure your placement with the full payment of the retreat fees. Mode of payment will be sent to you.

    4. Book your accommodation directly at the recommended list of hotels.

  • Yes, you will need to bring your own art materials. I have prepared a material list for you to get the basic art materials. If you like, you can opt to purchase the curated Retreat Art Set at a special price.

  • Lucinda will share her address book of bookmarked restaurants, hotels, shopping spots, spas and more in Chiang Mai.

  • Tropical humid weather with rain typically lasting 20mins to 3 hours. Weather patterns can be unpredictable. We have alternative plans if the rains prevent us from visiting the gardens. During our June retreat in 2024, we were met with dry weather.

  • Your favourite outfits for lovely pictures at the retreat. Smart casual and relaxed outfits are ideal. Aim to have comfortable city sneakers or other footwear which are water-tolerant. We’ll send you a list of items to pack.

  • 18 years and above.

  • It is important you acknowledge the Non-Refundable policy before booking.

    In the event of a cancellation by the Guest which occurs 0 to 14 business day/s prior to the commencement date of the retreat, the Guest will pay one hundred percent (100%) cancellation charge of the total amount.

    In the event of a cancellation by guests which occurs between the time of acceptance of this Agreement and 15 business days prior to arrival, guests will charge fifty percent (50%) cancellation charge from the total amount.

  • The minimum size of the group is 3 and the maximum size is 8.
