This coming Sunday, June 15, my family and I will be participating in the Assisi Fun Day — a special community carnival dedicated to raising funds for a cause very close to our hearts.

Assisi Hospice has been a sanctuary of care for my beloved mother as she journeys through palliative care.
As one of her primary caregivers, I paused work in the past months, to be more present– adjusting, tending and healing alongside her. 
Hence, you may have noticed my absence on social media and I’m now just returning to work.

During this period of caregiving and learning about palliative care, I experience firsthand the compassion and gentle dignity shown by the Assisi team and the incredible network of healthcare workers who have deeply touched our family. This is a small way of us giving back and thanking all the support we’ve received.

In this season of showing up with care, creating keeps us steady and close to love. My sister and I are sharing our heart-led creations — lovingly co-hosted with family and friends in a space inspired by love, care, and connection

Create: Join our 20-min art workshops — make your own heart cards with lino prints and watercolour.
Shop: Heart-themed art and prints by our family make thoughtful gifts for caregivers, healthcare heroes, and loved ones as daily lifts of love and strength. 

Book your workshop slots in advance to secure a spot. Workshops start at 10am and run hourly till 3pm.

Throughout the month of June, selected artworks on my website will contribute 10% of proceeds to Assisi Hospice — look out for the heart symbol.
